We redesigned the email layout to align with H-D’s Model Year 2025 brand guidelines, featuring a white background and a bold, all-caps black headline for retail bike emails, membership newsletters, and VISA acquisition emails.

To expand our customer base, we developed multiple versions of the apparel email: US/CA men rider, men non-rider, women rider, and women non-rider. Our strategy prioritizes people over products. We use lifestyle photography as hero imagery to highlight the H-D attitude.
